Processing Time
All items in our store are made to order. Once you place your order, production begins. Processing generally takes a few business days. During busier seasons, production times may be slightly longer. You will receive email updates as your order moves through the process.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location and the specific product ordered.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it until delivery.
Shipping Delays
Carriers may experience delays during holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume periods. While these delays are outside of our control, we are always here to help answer questions or check on your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are unable to change an address once the item has entered production.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced by the store.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Because all items in our store are made to order, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

If your item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us immediately. Include your order number and a clear photo so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement if approved.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process a refund or replacement. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
