Are your items made to order?
Yes. All items are made to order. Production begins shortly after your purchase and usually takes a few business days.
How long does processing take?
Processing time depends on the item but generally ranges from two to five business days. You will receive email updates as your order moves through each stage.
Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within a very short window before production begins. If you need help, contact us right away at contact@themomentstolove.com.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies depending on your location and the item ordered. Most deliveries arrive within the time frames provided at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to the locations shown during checkout. If your country appears, we ship there.
My package shows delivered but I cannot find it. What do I do?
Check with your local carrier, neighbors, or household members. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because all items are made to order, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us right away with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review your request and send a replacement if approved.
Do you accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size issues?
No. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or any item that matches the product description.

What materials are used in your jewelry?
Most jewelry pieces are crafted from 316L surgical grade stainless steel, with optional 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold finishes depending on the style.
How do I care for my jewelry or acrylic items?
